The Tribal Dance Company is in Hobart, Tasmania and welcomes enquiries from people wishing to learn this new and innovative dance form, or who wish to enquire about performers for their function.

| OBJECTIVE: |
The Tribal Dance Company aims to have students who enjoy classes and the dance form they have chosen to undertake. Denise (principal and director) wishes to be known as a highly skilled dancer and teacher, with her students enjoying classes, making new friends and learning new skills.

Denise has been belly dancing since 1992. In that time she has been to numerous workshops with international and national teachers as well as attending classes with Adriana (from Adriana's Belly Dance Arts Centre)

After seeing tribal style for the first time "live" in Sydney, Adriana encouraged her to pursue her dance passion - tribal! So after getting hold of some dvd's and grilling Alaine Haddon-Casey who was in Tasmania for a holiday, she began! From there, Denise has gone on to attend several private sessions with Alaine, and to attend workshops by many national teachers in Tribal Style

Denise has qualifications in Safe Dance (QUT), as well as attending teacher training courses by Belyssa. In July 2006, she obtained Alaine Haddon-Casey internal teacher training certificate (Level 1 and 2). In 2008 Denise obtained Collective Soul 1 from Paulette from Gypsy Caravan.

In 2006, Denise was invited to dance with Tribal Blossoms at the Brisbane Middle Eastern Extravaganza, which was a wonderful experience. (Thanks Dee!)
